“The thing that stands out is that we signed 22 players from 10 different states. We were able to expand our recruiting areas a little bit, due in part to an increase in our recruiting budget. That really helped us get to some places we haven’t been before. Our administration has been very supportive in enhancing our recruiting.We have good balance in the class as we addressed needs at every position except kicker. We expect the junior college transfers to provide an immediate impact, especially on the offensive line. It’s really good that three of the linemen are already on campus and working with us right now. There may be some freshmen that could also contribute next year.
